He National Single Accommodation Registry (NRUA)<\/b><\/span> will come into force in July 2025<\/b><\/span> This will represent one of the biggest changes in the management of tourist rentals in Spain. This registry will unify all regional databases and allow authorities to better monitor the legal supply of tourist housing.<\/p>\n
