In municipalities such as <span class=\"s1\"><b>Palma, Calvi\u00e0, Alc\u00fadia or Pollen\u00e7a<\/b><\/span>, new ones will be declared <i>saturated zones<\/i> in which the granting of vacation rental licenses will be prohibited.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">These measures aim to curb overcrowding and facilitate access to housing for residents.
